Both.  Depending on the surface and the needs, we can work with you to ensure we use the materials that hold up over time.  We use only the best paints and stains.  

Just as the materials used depend on the nature and requirements of the job, so too does the application.  We will work with you to help you understand the advantages and disadvantages of each application types and processes.

Yes.  We can also paint over naturally finished wood surfaces coated with a polyurethane or lacquer.  

I started painting in 1990 with Schnackenberg Painting in Steamboat Springs Colorado.  Schnackenberg painting is the oldest painting company in Steamboat.
